Save the Date!
Another one of my favorites! Molly had the most perfect engagement pictures taken by Allison Lewis Photography (http://www.allisonlewisphotography.com/). She came to me in need of a save the date that maintained the style of the photos from the shoot. Here's what we came up with... I think they turned out well and fit Molly and Paul's style to a tee! I'm looking forward to the wedding!

Becky and Rich
I promised to show a few 'oldies but goodies' so here they go...
One of my beautiful girlfriends got married a few years ago and I was honored to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. This 'Save the Date' was one of my very first designs and I still love it. Simple, elegant, to the point. Definitely Rebekah's style. Perfect for the fridge for the few weeks before the invitations go out and perfect for setting the stage for the couple's wedding season of showers.

'tis the season!
... for weddings, that is. Congratulations Allyson and Jason on tying the knot this weekend in Atlanta! Sweet Allyson and I went to high school together several years ago. Ally contacted me a few weeks ago in need of wedding programs for her upcoming nuptials. She already had a few ideas for the look she had imagined.
We did a a three page program bound with a simple chocolate ribbon on an ivory heavy cardstock. The cover has a classic monogram to match her invitations. Here's how it turned out!

Welcome!
Hi friends and family!
Many of you know and are familiar with a few of my card and invitation designs but I thought a blog with images would be the perfect way to showcase some of my work for those of you not on the party's 'guest list'.
I design and print all of my own cards and ship from my new home in Maryland where I'm work fulltime at a local architecture firm. I love my job as an architectural designer and spend my day space planning mainly low income housing in the DC metro area. A fun hobby has always included a graphic design 'feel' to my work. Over the past few years I have enjoyed designing baby and wedding shower invitations, wedding programs, save the dates, bachelorettes parties, christmas cards and parties and calling cards as well as every day stationary for friends and family.
Why mudduck paper?
Well Edward, this one's for you. Growing up I spent many weeks of my summer at 'the lake house'. My favorite hobby then... covering myself in mud down by the lake. My grandfather was always the one to hose me off in between flipping steaks just in time for dinner, calling me 'mud duck'. Although my hobbies over the years have changed, I thought, 'what could be a more perfect name?'
I hope you enjoy browsing as much as I have enjoyed designing!
